The Royal Mint

Taking inspiration from tapestries of old

Problem

The Royal Mint needed to showcase its latest range of coin designs; all steeped in history, and some featuring mythological creatures.

Solution

We used animation to tell the story of these coin designs, allowing us to show unicorns, dragons and moments in history without restriction. We took inspiration from tapestries of yester year, namely the Bayeux, and illustrated all our scenes and characters in this style from scratch.
